Terms of Service

By booking a service with WyattGo Home Solutions LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms:

Services

• We provide handyman, repair, installation, and related services as described on our website.
• Services are limited to East Cincinnati neighborhoods listed on our Service Area page.

Pricing & Payment

• Minimum service fee: $150.
• Typical project ranges vary by service; quotes will be provided in writing.
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept card and ACH.

Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Late cancellations may incur a service fee.

Materials & Warranties

• Materials may be supplied by you or sourced at cost by us.
• All labor is covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials/fixtures.

Limitations

• We do not perform licensed plumbing or electrical beyond fixture-level replacements.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, or issues outside the agreed scope.
• Liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.

• Unauthorized use, copying, or scraping of our site is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
