Work

A few engagements worth describing in detail: the problem, the approach, and what actually changed once it shipped.

A national health system, through its virtual-care software vendorHealthcareOngoing since April 2026

Replaced a forms-and-email intake with a live clinical support queue

A national health system's clinical informatics team handled clinician support requests through web forms and email. They got a real-time queue with routing, coverage, and escalation, and the platform got its first modern design language in the process.

WyattGo (own product)HealthcareOngoing, own product

Built a multi-brand React design system that contrast-tests every brand in both themes

The WyattGo Design System is a React design system for data-dense products sold to several organizations at once. Six brands swap the accent at runtime, every color pairing is contrast-tested in light and dark, and a public gallery documents each component live.

A national health system, through its virtual-care software vendorHealthcare3 weeks of research and design

Designed an in-app telehealth meeting to replace a vendor popup

Clinicians ran video visits in a third-party popup with a camera panel nobody owned. A research and design engagement produced a verified capability map, an in-app meeting design built from the platform's own primitives, and forty implementation briefs anchored to the codebase.

A regional automotive dealership groupAutomotive retail4 months

Showed a dealership group where every vehicle's photos went missing

A dealership group could not tell which vehicles had photos live on which sales channels. Over four months the internal image hub gained trending metrics, channel-by-channel reconciliation, role-based access, and scrapers that verify listings on three public sites.

A Phoenix event staffing companyEvents and staffing5 weeks

Built the platform to move an event staffing business off spreadsheets and text messages

A Phoenix event staffing company ran on a yearly Excel workbook, a calendar spreadsheet, and text messages. In five weeks it got a request-to-billing platform with a spreadsheet-style estimate grid, a client portal, crew booking, and SMS and email messaging, built to replace all three.
